1. The venue was far from shops and restaurants. It caused us a lot of trouble to get there and come back. Buses were 20-30 minutes late and we missed many workshops because of that. :( Also no taxi in Aranjuez. At least 2 or 3 taxis should always be around the hotel! 2. We missed the registration to the dinner opportunity organized by the Festival, so we had to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every day with limited menu. Provide dinner to more people please!

The food buffet was horrible and overpriced. There was little variety and the taste was very bad. Also at the social party, most of the famous dancers didn't come out at all or for very little time. It's like they were hiding most of the time. Disappointed.

The party started way too late both evenings. The shows were programmed too late and they went on for too long.

En el hotel como siempre mucho calor en el social.. la música de kizombas muy malas y aburridas.. la sala de salsa y bachata mucho mejor , pero yo iba por la Kizomba y me decepcionó .
